Membership Fees

Our Membership year operates from 1 October - 30 September the following year.  

Full year membership fees are currently:

• Family     $420
• Adult        $220
• Junior       $140 

Pro-rata - New members joining throughout the year are eligible for pro rata adjustments. 

• Start date between 1 October and 1 April = 100% fees (Family $420, Adult $220, Junior $140)
• Start date between 1 April and 1 July = 50% fees (Family $210, Adult $110, Junior $70)
• Start date between 1 July and 1 October = 25% fees (Family $105, Adult $55, Junior $35)

Payment - Please ignore the prompts for online payment as unfortunately this is not an option.  Payment should be made by direct deposit as per the instructions below.

For Junior Memberships, the sign in contact details must belong to an adult (no need to be a member).  You can then add a junior membership package for your child.  Children under the age of 14 are required to be supervised at all times.

Members on a healthcare or concession card are eligible for a further 50% discount from the above pro-rata amounts. Families must have at least 2 members on a healthcare or concession card to be eligible.

The club does not charge any other joining fees.

An unlimited number of immediate family members is allowed providing they live at the same address.

Club Access and Fob Deposit

The club is accessed by use of a fob. 

There is a $25 charge for the fob of which $20 will be refunded on return of the fob. 

For safety reasons, fobs for juniors under the age of 18 are only issued to a parent or guardian. 

At times of high use, i.e. coaching and competition, the gate will be programmed to permit entry—please try gate handle first prior to swiping fob as swiping it will lock the gate if already open.

Visitor Fees

Visitor fees are $10 per visit, or $2.50 per half hour.  Payment can be made to the bank account listed below or online at the time of booking the court.  Payment must be made prior to play.

By choosing to become a member of Willison Park Tennis Club, you are understood to have accepted  our Code of Conduct as outlined on the Club Policy page including our Safeguarding Children Policy, Fair Play Policy and CovidSafe Rules.  Please note that under the terms of our constitution membership is not final until approved by the committee.
