Constitution
Willison Park Tennis Club Inc is registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria as an incorporated association under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981. As an incorporated association, WPTC is required to have a written set of rules known as the Rules of Association, often referred to as the Constitution.
At a Special General Meeting held in September 2010, WPTC members adopted a new Rules of Association which can be downloaded from the link below:
In order to comply with requirements for Not For Profits (NFPs) we need to update our Rules of Association. A Special General Meeting will be held to vote on accepting the new Rules of Association. These are based on the 2023 Model Rules amended to include our membership definitions. All changes are listed in the Resolution outlined in the Notice of the Special General meeting. The Notice of the Special General Meeting and the proposed new Rules of Association can be downloaded from the links below.
