Creswick & District Community Bank Senior Pennant
The Mt Prospect Tennis Association Senior Pennant conducts a summer competition on Saturday afternoons from 1.00pm to 5:00pm. The 2023-24 season starts on Saturday 14 October through to Saturday 16 December 2023 - breaks for Chrismtas/New Year - and recommences on Saturday 3 February 2024 through to our Grand Final on Saturday 23 March 2024.
We are excited to offer two grades - A Grade and A1 Grade. Teams are made up of six players, three ladies and three mens. All sets are 8 game sets with a 7 all tie breaker. Nine sets are played, three ladies, three mens and three mixed. The winner is decied on games and then sets.
The well-manicured surroundings of the complex are conducive to the enjoyment of playing a team sport like tennis! Senior Club Championships
After the success of the recent Senior Club Championships we’ve decided to again run with the same format for this years Senior Club Championships. This includes linking with our Junior Club Championships.
Singles Club Championships - Sunday February 4th
Formats and sections for this will depend on the number of entries. Where possible the Open Singles Finals will be played on the final week of pennant competition.
Entries are NOW open for the Senior Club Championships.
