History

The Association

Mt Prospect Tennis Association was formed in December 1924.  It has a long history with Creswick and the surrounding regional areas including: Dean, Smeaton, Kingston, Clunes, Newlyn, Mt Prospect and Allendale to name just a few.

The complex has grown over the years  and now comprises of sixteen grass and thirteen rebound ace courts.  The main draw card of the complex is the grass courts.  Said to be one of the larger grass complexes in southern Victoria, it is set in the trees on the outskirts of Creswick.   The courts are very well maintained and are a pleasure to play on.

The Association is run by volunteers who group together to run four separate competitions and a number of different programs.
