92nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING  

WEDNESDAY 24th SEPTEMBER 7.45pm at Willison Park Clubhouse

The 2025 Willison Park Tennis Club AGM will be held at the clubhouse on Wednesday 24th September at 7.45pm.  Members are invited to join us.  Please come and support your club.

The 2025 Agenda, the minutes from the 2024 AGM and the minutes from the Special General Meeting held on 26th March 2025 along with a proxy form for the AGM can be found on our website at

 The proxy form must be given to the Secretary prior to the meeting or sent electronically at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. 

All Adult, Life and Family adult members who have been financial members for at least 6 months are eligible to vote but there is a limit of 2 votes per Family membership.

We also ask you to consider joining the committee as it is only the work of the volunteers on the committee that allows the club to continue to provide the great family club we have.
