Oakleigh Tennis Club currently has 457 members.
We therefore need AT LEAST 46 people to attend or send proxies to make a quorum.
Without a quorum, the meeting CANNOT legally proceed.
So we ask EVERYONE, PLEASE send an RSVP email (if you will be attending the meeting) ...

A.G.M. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

In order to vote at the AGM, appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf or nominate for a position on the committee, you must hold one of the following 2024-25 financial memberships - #1 (family), #2 (adult), #4 (student), #5/PENSIONER/CCCH, be a life member, or be a registered parent member (#7) of a Junior member (#3).
