Team Entry Form Deadline

Pennant team entry forms must be submitted by midnight on Sunday February 26, 2023.

Late or incomplete entries will NOT be accepted. 

TEAM ENTRY FEES:

There is a $60.00  fee for each player's team registration, which covers the cost of Tennis Victoria Pennant team entries and new competition tennis balls each week. 

Please pay this directly into the club's bank account when you submit your entry form, with the PLAYER'S NAME and "PENNANT" as a reference.
