Administration
The Tennis Seniors Association of South Australia Inc that is more commonly known by its trading name Tennis Seniors SA or by the acronym TSSA, is administered by volunteers who are working together to achieve TSSA’s publicly declared Vision and Aims, and in pursuit of achieving the Objectives as stated in Tennis Seniors SA Constitution.
VISION is to provide:
'A vibrant, welcoming, inclusive, and accessible tennis experience’
AIM is to:
‘promote Seniors Tennis participation in South Australia through providing a range of activities inclusive of varying interests and abilities’
TSSA Committee members have worked tirelessly in recent times to ensure that the structures that have been put in place, and processes being employed, will act as enablers in performing their functions in the pursuit of the constitution’s stated objectives and in the interests of the Association as a whole.
Committee members are very cognisant of and have regard for the Association's position in the structure of Tennis in South Australia representing Senior Tennis players 30+ and the key role in supporting the reputation of Tennis in the State. They are committed to working closely with Tennis SA, Tennis Australia (TA) and Tennis Seniors Australia (TSA), in increasing the participation levels of tennis players 30+.
We will be guided by our TSSA Strategic Plan 2021-25 that was approved by the TSSA Committe on 17 August 2021.
At the first TSSA Committee meeting held after TSSA's 2020 AGM the following Subcommittees were formally established:
