The cost for NON-MEMBERS to book a court during the day (without lights) is $20.00 per hour.

The cost for NON-MEMBERS to book a court at night (with lights) is $30.00 per hour.

MEMBERS who have registered for the Book-A-Court system will be able to book courts during the day (without lights) for FREE, and will only pay $5.00 per hour to book the courts at night (with lights).

Question 4.
How do I book a court?

All court usage at Oakleigh Tennis Club is managed using the on-line Book-a-Court system.

All members should have received an email inviting them to register for the Book-A-Court system, so they will be able to book a court for themselves on line, at members'-only prices (Day - FREE / Night $5.00 per hour).

Please observe the following rules and common courtesies:

  • Don’t leave children unattended at the courts.
  • Do not wear inappropriate footwear (with aggressive tread patterns) that will damage the courts.
  • Be mindful of the nearby residents at Caloola Reserve. Loud, unruly behaviour and in particular offensive language will not be tolerated, and could result in loss of your membership rights.

Question 5.
What do I do if I want to bring a (non-member) VISITOR to play with me at the courts?

The cost for visitors to play is $10.00 per visit.

Please ensure your visitor has paid their fees into our club’s bank account on the day of their visit.

See Question 2 (above) for our club’s bank account details.

Question 6.
How do I gain access to the CALOOLA RESERVE courts?

Access to the CALOOLA RESERVE COURTS is via the ELECTRONIC (KEYLESS) GATE.

To access the Book-A-Court electronic (keyless) lock on the gate between courts 5 & 6 (shown below):

Key in the combination (to be advised to members via email.text message for your booking), then press the bottom-right “Enter” key.

  • If the lock beeps twice, push the gate open and enter.
  • If there is one long beep, you have entered the wrong code, so try again.
  • If you make a mistake, push the “X” button and try again.
  • Please close the gate behind you, so only unauthorised persons cannot gain access.
  • To ensure everyone’s safety, please wait until play on the adjacent courts is between points before moving to your court.
  • When leaving, you do not need a key to exit from this gate, but for security, please ensure you close the gate behind you.
