- Oakleigh Tennis Club currently has 429 members.
- We therefore need AT LEAST 42 people to attend or send proxies to make a quorum.
- Without a quorum, the meeting CANNOT legally proceed.
- So we ask EVERYONE, PLEASE send an RSVP email (if you will be attending the meeting) ...
- ... or send a an apology / proxy email (if you are unable to attend the meeting).

A.G.M. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
In order to vote at the AGM, appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf or nominate for a position on the committee, you must hold one of the following 2022-23 financial memberships - #1 (family), #2 (adult), #4 (student), #5/PENSIONER/CCCH, be a life member, or be a registered parent member (#7) of a Junior member (#3).
