OTC Annual General Meeting - 2025

DATE:     Monday, 17 November 2025

TIME:      7:30pm - 8:30pm

IMPORTANT:

  • Oakleigh Tennis Club currently has 400 members.
  • We therefore need AT LEAST 40 people to attend or send proxies to make a quorum.
  • Without a quorum, the meeting CANNOT legally proceed.
  • So we ask EVERYONE, PLEASE send an RSVP email  (if you will be attending the meeting) ...
  • ... or send a an apology / proxy email (if you are unable to attend the meeting).

A.G.M. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

In order to vote at the AGM, appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf or nominate for a position on the committee, you must hold  one of the following 2025-26 financial memberships - #1 (family), #2 (adult), #4 (student), #5/PENSIONER/CCCH, be a life member, or be a registered parent member (#7) of a Junior member (#3).
