Venue Hire

The Loton Park clubhouse is available for hire throughout the year, including the use of kitchen facilities. You can also include the hire of the bar and / or the tennis courts (grass court hire subject to the time of year).

 

 

The best time to come and view the facilities is on a Saturday afternoon between 1pm and 5pm. If you're unable to attend on a Saturday you can arrange a suitable viewing time by emailing our Venue Hire Personnel.

VENUE HIRE INFORMATION

Hire Cost
Members: $250 (excludes courts)
Non Members: $500 (excludes courts)
Corporate Events, Weddings: $750 (includes courts)
Club Affiliations: $100 (excludes courts)

A bond of $500 is payable at the time of booking.
An optional cleaning deduction of $150 from the bond is available.

All above prices are subject to change depending on individual requirements.

Capacity
Up to 150 people, standing room in main area and balcony.

Bar
Loton Park Tennis Club (Inc) bar staff will be provided.
Your chosen bar tab amount must be paid at time of booking.

Kitchen
All kitchen facilities will be available for each hire. This includes the below:
Oven, pie warmer, urn, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 3 trestle tables, 12 chairs, outside BBQ and kitchen utensils.

Tennis Courts
The tennis courts are also available for hire, at an additional cost.
