Register of Members
All members of the Club are entitled to inspect and make a copy of the Register of Members.
The Register of Members is maintained by the Club Secretary. The Register includes the names, membership type, phone number and email address of all members.
The Register of Members may only be used for Club purposes. It is an offence to use information from the Register of Members for non-club matters (eg for advertising or political canvassing) and fines apply. The Club will report any evidence of misuse of the Register of Members to the Commissioner for Consumer Protection and any member who believes theeir contact details have been used inappropriately should advise the Secretary immediately.
A copy of the register of Members is kept at the Club and members may also request access by emailing the Secretary at email@example.com
