Loton Park Tennis Club is a not for profit association incorported under the Western Australian Associations Incorporation Act 2015. 

We operate in accordance with our Constitution, the most recent version of which is dated April 2019.

All members are entitled to a copy of the Consitution and may obtain one free of any charge from the Secretary by emailing enquiries@lotonpark.com.au

Non-members may obtain a copy of Loton Park's Constitution from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, Consumer Protection Division. Fees may apply.
