Are you sick of your boring exercise routine? Forget the treadmill, forget the exercise bike - Cardio Tennis is a great way to widen your social circle while getting your heart pumping and improving your fitness.

YOUR FIRST CARDIO SESSION

What you will need:

  • A tennis racquet (We can supply one if you don't have one)
  • Your favourite workout gear
  • A good attitude and the desire to work hard
  • Trainers (or acceptable footwear – call ahead!)
  • Water bottle or sports drink

When you arrive for your first Cardio Tennis workout your coach will take your details and explain how the workout will run.

You and up to 10 other people will experience a fun, high-energy workout focused on constant movement that includes:

  • 10 to 15 minute warm-up
  • 30 minute Cardio segment
  • 15 minute cool-down

There will be upbeat music to motivate you, heart-rate monitors to check your fitness levels and calorie burn, and competitive point scoring games for the more competitive minded!

This is a fun, tennis-based workout like no other.
