Sponsorship Packages

The TBT event calendar provides numerous opportunities to:

• Highlight your key messages and promote your brand to a large audience of potential customers

• Share promotional resources and promote offers and discounts through the TBT social media and Event marketing that add to your bottom line  

• Network, meet one-on-one, and build important relationships with other key industry stakeholders invested in the development of the LGBTQIA+ tennis community

• Be recognised for supporting the vital contribution that TBT is delivering to the sporting community and  enjoy the benefits from the contribution to a Not For Profit organisation

What can Sponsors expect to receive for their support?

All sponsors are recognised in the following ways:

1. Logo/link on the event website
2. Acknowledgement in the pre-event delegate information email
3. Logo on the all-sponsor signage at the event
4. Recognition from the podium by the Master of Ceremonies Branding and networking through the Event marketing and the TBT social media:

• Sponsor profile you can customize with your brand materials: logo;
• About info and contact details; attach documents/collateral or external links
• Receive post-event analytics regarding visits to your profile/direct communication with participants to showcase their goods and/or services
• Participate in product testing and sales to build brand awareness with TBT members and visiting competitors
• Announcement(s) to all delegates related to your sponsored event or item (may include text, image, or link to more info)*

Levels of Sponsorship

​Diamond - $5,000+ per annum 

• Naming rights to Event, subject to the Tennis Australia and GLTA naming obligations.
• Your business logo & advertisement banner will be on display at our tennis facility when Social and Competitive Programs are being run in addition you can arrange for an agreed professional sign (dimensions and location subject to the approval of the Queensland Tennis Centre) during our Brisvegas Tennis Tournament.
• Signage alongside the Clubhouse Professional sign 800mm x 600mm to be supplied by the sponsor.
• Business advertising on the 'Home' and 'Sponsorship' pages of TBT website with a direct link to your website
• Business card space on our Club Sponsors Wall
• Advertising in the TBT Club Newsletter with an option for an editorial or ad display
• Advertising on the TBT Club Facebook page
• Two tickets to attend our Annual Brisvegas Tournament Promotional Dinner
• Special Event hosted at our Social Event venue (subject to terms and conditions at the host location) to promote your brand and value to the tournament
• Marketing intel and data collection 
• Special Marketing Survey and access to data collected (with consent)

​Platinum - $3,500+ per annum (Min 2-year term)

• Your business logo & advertisement banner will be on display at our tennis facility when Social and Competitive Programs are being run in addition you can arrange for an agreed professional sign (dimensions and location subject to the approval of the Queensland Tennis Centre) during our Brisvegas Tennis Tournament.

• Includes your company logo on the 'Sponsorship' page of the TBT website with a direct link to your website
• Business card space on our Club Sponsors Wall
• Advertising in the Club Newsletter with an option for an editorial or ad display
• Advertising on the Club's Facebook page
• Two tickets to attend our Annual Brisvegas Tournament Promotional Dinner

Silver - $1250 per annum (Min 2 year term)

• Signage that can be used either inside or outside (dimensions to be confirmed) of the Clubhouse. Professional sign artwork to be supplied by the sponsor.
• Includes your company logo on the 'Sponsorship' page of the TBT Club website with the direct link to your website
• Business card space on our Club Sponsors Wall
• Advertising in the Club Newsletter

Bronze - $750 per annum

• Adult membership for 1 person
• Includes your company logo on the Sponsorship page on the TBT  Club website with a direct link to your website
• Business card space on our Club Sponsors Wall
