East Malvern Tennis Club is a friendly, welcoming club set among the parklands of Glen Iris. We’re a vibrant community hub where players of all ages and abilities can enjoy tennis, make connections, and be part of an active local club.

Club Update: Stage 1 Redevelopment (February–July 2026)

We’re excited to be undertaking Stage 1 of our club redevelopment, starting Monday 16 February 2026 and running through to mid-July 2026.

These works focus on improving outdoor areas, access and safety, helping create a more welcoming and functional club environment for the long term.

What you need to know:

• Courts remain open and play continues as normal
• Entry to the club will be via a temporary access point between Courts 6 & 7
• Temporary facilities (including toilets and offices) will be in place
• During this stage, non-members will not be able to book Court 6 for casual play

We appreciate everyone’s patience while these improvements are underway and will continue to keep members and visitors informed.

Surrounded by parklands in Glen Iris, our club features 10 floodlit red porous courts and a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere.

We offer:

• organised social tennis
• Junior and adult competitions
• Coaching programs with Futures Tennis 
• membership options for all ages
• casual court hire  (not available during our Redevelopment)
