A new competition open to all junior players running Sunday mornings from 9:30-11:30am Term 2 and 3. Run by TennisMAD's Bill and Jack Madafferi, the aim of this competition is to have fun, learn the sport and build your competitive skills.

Juniors enter the competition as individuals and matches are created on a ranking system to ensure players are getting a competitive hit that matches their skill level. Play is week to week and no commitment to a team.

It is fun, dynamic tennis. For more information or to register contact Bill Madafferi on 0419 572 210 or Jack Madafferi on 0401 649 950.

Similar to summer sectional tennis, players will be assigned to a card based on individual rankings. Each person will play 4-5 mixed doubles sets to 6 or 8 (depending on how many players are on the card for the day). Partners are mixed up for each new set with others on the card according to the card's draw. There will be a weekly prize for the player with the best score at the end of play and a grand prize for the player who finishes top of the ladder at the end of the season.

If you wish to play in the Slam, simply make sure you are at our courts in Gol Gol by 1PM to register. The duty team will help organise the card(s) and assign you to a court so that play can commence by 1:30pm.

This competition operates from early May to end of August and is free and open to all full membership holders.
