Cancellation Update

After considerable thought and discussion the organising committee have unanimously reached the decision to cancel the 2022 Perth Lawn Tennis Championship.

Our reasons behind reaching this decision were based upon the following;

The Premier of Western Australia recently announced it is highly likely the West Australian borders will remain closed for the remainder of the 2021.

We wanted to provide sufficient notice to ensure all players who have already registered can receive full refunds on any bookings made during their stay. Full refunds for the PLTC will be processed immediately with no fees incurred.

In reaching this decision, the committee considered alternative dates, however due to pennant commitments, court availability and prospective tournaments being planned for 2022, we agreed 2023 will provide us more time to present the greatest Perth Lawn Tennis Championship ever and welcome players from around the world back to the best LGTBIQ+ tennis club in the world and the most amazing grass courts and facility Perth has to offer.

We thank you all for the amazing support you have all shown the PLTC over the past 5 year and look forward to welcoming you back to Loton Park Tennis Club in 2023.

Yours sincerely
