Our adult coaching lessons can cater for any age or ability, from a complete beginner through to the seasoned pro. Whether you want to start playing tennis for the first time, or if you want to improve your game for social or tournaments, you are most welcome.
Cardio Tennis is the Ultimate high energy workout!
Our Cardio Tennis program is for males and females who are looking to improve their fitness in a fun and friendly environment, whilst they simultaneously improve their tennis skills.
Cardio Tennis sessions are open to all players of all ages and abilities.
The session goes for 45 mins
You don’t need to be good at tennis to play. The best part about Cardio Tennis, is that you do not have to have ever played tennis before to get involved. It is great for beginners and more experienced players will have a ripping time too!
Learn how to play tennis!
In this class, you will learn correct technique on different tennis shots including: Forehand, backhand, volley, serve. You will also learn how to score and play singles and doubles. It will be heaps of fun. At the end of the course, you may consider joining in the Thursday night social twilight roster.
