YGTC participates in the Eastern Region Tennis Association (ERT) which runs both Saturday and Sunday afternoon competitions.   Players are required to be a member of our club.   

ERT is an inter club competition with teams playing an equal number of home and away matches.   All match venues are located in the eastern suburbs.

Two seasons run on Saturday afternoons each year, whilst the Sunday afternoon competition is played only in Summer:

Summer Season – October to March (registration August)
Winter Season  – April to September (registration February)

Matches commence at 1:15 pm.

Competition formats for Saturday afternoon include Singles and Doubles Sets; and Doubles Sets.     The  Sunday afternoon competition is run using a Rubbers format.
