Help for Club Representatives

Terms to be familiar with:

  • League Manager - this is the system used by Association Administrators to set up the competition and Club Representatives to nominate their teams to.
  • Match Centre - this is the system that Players and Team Captains use to see their programs and enter match scores.

Access to League Manager

Club Representatives will need access to their club's League Manager account.  This needs to be organised with the person who has adminstrative rights on League Manager for your club.

How to easily see if all scores have been entered?

Team Captains need to ensure that scores are entered promptly after matches are concluded.  If Team Captains haven't entered their score then the Club Rep will need to follow up with them.  There are two ways to see if match scores have been entered and are correct. The easiest way is to check the match results via Match Centre. https://matchcentre.tennis.com.au/organisations/4596

Alternatively scores can be checked via League Manager. Please click on the below links to direct you to step by step instructions on how to implement your changes.

Pre-season activities - nominating teams in League Manager

The committee will advise when the season has been set up in League Manager.  This will be shortly after the AGM when the season dates are known.  Please then add your nominated teams into League Manager.  A tip when entering teams, please give each team a unique colour (ie don't repeat colours in different divisions).  The reason for this is if Teams need to be moved to a different division, the issue of duplicated team colours is avoided.

After the Grading Meeting

After the grading meeting, the recorder will make the appropriate changes and ensure that teams are in the correct agreed divisions.  They will then generate the draw for the season.  They may ask you to review the draw for your club to ensure that your courts are not overallocated matches in any given week of the season.  If you get asked to review this, the easiest way is to  produce a Match Day Overview Report.  Click here for guidelines to create a Match Day Overview Report.

After the League is published

The recorder will let you know when the League has been published.  Once it is published, fixtures will appear in Match Centre.  This means that Captains will be able to print out their score sheets (and the program for their teams if they so desire).

Printing out the Program for Each Division

Printing out the Program for each Division is done from Match Centre.  Click here for guidelines.
