1. Click on the Court Hire link at HERE.

2. Pick the date that you wish to play tennis using the calendar icon. You do not need to choose the date if you are booking on the current day.

3. Once the date and court has been decided, find an available time and click on the cell. In this example, the user who is a member has chosen 9am on Wednesday 18th March 2020 on Court 3.

4. A pop up will ask you to choose how long you wish to play for and click BOOK NOW. In this example, the user has chosen from 9-11am (2 hours or 120 minutes).

5. You will need to sign in or create an account in order to complete your court booking.

For Members / Casuals with a Book a Court account

If you are a casual player and you have already created an account before or if you are a member, you will need to sign in.

For new account holders

If you haven’t used the book a court system before, you will need to create an account.

If you choose to create an account, you will get the following screen and will need to register you details on the left, or register through you social account.

6. Add players and check no if you do not wish to receive SMS booking reminders for the booking. In this example, the user has added three other players, one which is a member and two who are guests. Altogether it will cost $16 for this court booking (As the booking is during the day, the two members are free and the system would charge $4 per hour per guest. Refer to court fees for more information).  Once the players have been finalised, click Pay and Confirm. If the court is booked with all members during the day, then you will not go through the payment process, and you will receive a booking confirmation email (Step 8).

7. Make payment using STRIPE and fill in your credit card details and then click PAY.

8. You should receive a Booking Confirmation email with your booking details and the code to access the courts. If you also indicated you would like to receive SMS booking reminders, you should also receive the access code via SMS.

9. When you arrive at Weston Creek Tennis Club, please enter the access code and enter to gain access to the club (and in case of lights, this will turn on the lights).

Additional Information

• It is FREE for members to book a court during the day, but members will still need to sign in and book the court. Fees are present when booking at night with lights.
• It may take a few days for members to see their day bookings as free when renewing or new members.
• You must remember to enter the code otherwise the gate won't open and the lights won't turn on.
