The Weston Creek Tennis Club Committee will consider any group bookings (for large events or tournaments) and make a decision.

Please  provide the following information in an email to westoncreektennisclub@gmail.com for the Committees consideration. Please note group bookings may affect other social groups or coaching , so this will be taken into account when the Committee considers your group booking. In addition, the earlier you can submit a group booking with the Committee, the more time the Committee can consider your request.

If the Committee is happy to accept your group booking, the Club will send you a quote.

• Event Name
• What sort of event is it? What is it for?
• Contact Information – Name, Email, Mobile
• Date(s) of Event or Tournament
• Time(s) of Event or Tournament
• How many courts will you need? There are 12 courts at Weston Creek Tennis Club.
• Will you need BBQ facilities? This will cost an extra $50 for hire of the BBQ(s). The Committee may be willing to sponsor the BBQ to your participants. 
• Any additional information that may be relevant to your group booking submission.
