Pre-Season Details

The competitions are organised and run by the relevant Match Committees.
The clubs are invited to enter teams, usually around February-March for the Winter Competition and August-September for the Summer Competition. Correspondence is issued by WRTA to the clubs - with specific information regarding the competitions.
Player Profiles
All players will need to have an active Competitive Player Profile (CPP) and active Universal Tennis Ranking (UTR) to participate in any WRTA competitions. This is a requirement by Tennis Australia (TA) for all competitions using their tennis competition websites.
There is a variety of information provided by TA to assist clubs and players with this process.

Team Entries
Clubs will need to enter their team entries online - using TA League Manager website: League Manager

In addition, clubs need to provide a 'Team Summary Form' with their team entries:
If you have a player transferring to your club to play competition, clubs need to provide a 'Transfer Form' as well:
The Match Commitee will then review and grade the teams based on a variety of factors including current team performance based on premiership ladders, player UTRs and sometimes player ages.
Once all teams are graded and a fixture has been created by the Match Committee, all clubs and players can view the information on the TA Match Centre website...
