Ian Henderson Encouragement Scholarship. 

The scholarship has been created by the daughters of Ian, a former treasurer, president and committee member at South Camberwell Tennis Club. 

The scholarship will be awarded annually to a young player who has a keen interest in tennis to further their development in the game of tennis.  The scholarship funds tennis lessons and equipment for the recipient, and the club also awards the recipients’ family, membership of the club for one year. 

South Camberwell Tennis Club would like to congratulate the award receipents, and wish them all the best as they continue with their tennis journey at the club.

2022	Ben Lam Ben Lam is the inaugural recipient. Ian and Ben’s families, as well as a number of members, were present to witness the awarding of the scholarship. The photos for the award can be seen here.
2023	Ilay Givoni This year also awarded the annual Ian Henderson Tennis Scholarship to junior member Ilay, and wish him well in his tennis journey.  Ilay's had a wonderful message of thanks to Ian and the SCTC Club - see here
2024	Louis Rintoul This year the annual Ian Henderson Tennis Scholarship award has gone to a very talented young junior member Louis.  The club wishes him well in his next stage of tennis.  Please see the award photos here
