Complete the Booking Form: Venue Hire Booking Form
Notify Special Requirements: At least 1 week before your event
Pay Bond & Hire Fees: Prior to the event (Grovedale Tennis Club bank details provided in the Venue Hire Agreement)
Confirm Guest Numbers: Minimum 2 days before the event
