Make up classes are only provided for classes that are not conducted and cancellation notice is met.

The majority of our make up classes are held on a Sunday.

GROUP LESSONS 

Q: Do I receive a make up if I can’t attend a class?

A: No. There are no make-ups  for any reason that you can not attend & the class is still conducted.

Q: Do I receive a make up if my class is cancelled (not conducted) e.g. Wet weather?

A: Yes. You will receive a make up class for inclement weather or coach cancellations.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Q: How do i advise my coach that i am unable to attend my lesson?

A: You can advise us by texting our office phone on 0449 731 607.

Q: Do I receive a make up if I cancel on the day of my class?

A: No, cancelling on the day of the class is classified as a late cancellation & therefore a make up is not provided.

Q: Do I receive a make up if I cancel my lesson the day before my class (or earlier)?

A: Yes. A maximum of 2 make up classes per term will be allocated for Client Cancellation.

SQUAD PROGRAM

There are no make up lessons for squads as squad lessons will run an indoor program in the event the class is unable to be run on court.

DEFINITIONS

Make Up Class: A class that is conducted in the event of a class that was not conducted.

Late Cancellation: Cancelling on the day of the lesson.

HOW TO BOOK A MAKE UP CLASS

At the beginning of each week the office will post a list of available make up class times in the ETA TEAM APP under the 'Newsletter' Section.

To book into a class simply follow the prompts on the bottom of the newsletter.

• Make up classes must be completed by the end of the term in which they are owed.
• Creidts or refunds will not be provided in leiu of a make up class.

HOW TO JOIN ETA TEAM APP

1. Go to your app store on your mobile

2. Search for 'Stack Team App' and download

3. Create a login or sign in

4. Search for club 'Elite Tennis Academy'.

5. Request to join

Once the request is approved by the office your team app will unlock and you will be able to access all the information including available make up classes.
