CANCELLATIONS & MAKE UP POLICY
Make up classes are only provided for classes that are not conducted and cancellation notice is met.

GROUP LESSONS
Q: Do I receive a make up if I can’t attend a class?
A: Yes - as long as notice is provided (cancellations on the day of the class are a late cancellation and will not be entitled to a make up class).
Q: Do I receive a make up if my class is cancelled (not conducted) e.g. Wet weather?
A: Yes. You will receive a make up class for inclement weather or coach cancellations.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Q: How do i advise my coach that i am unable to attend my lesson?
A: All absences can be advised through your customer portal app.
Q: Do I receive a make up if I cancel on the day of my class?
A: No, cancelling on the day of the class is classified as a late cancellation & therefore a make up is not provided.
Q: Do I receive a make up if I cancel my lesson the day before my class (or earlier)?
A: Yes.
SQUAD PROGRAM
There are no make up lessons for squads as squad lessons will run an indoor program in the event the class is unable to be run on court.
DEFINITIONS
Make Up Class: A class that is conducted in the event of a class that was not conducted.
Late Cancellation: Cancelling on the day of the lesson.
HOW TO BOOK A MAKE UP CLASS
Make up classes are available to book via the Customer Portal App.
* Note: make up classes need to be booked a minimum of 12 hours in advance from when the class is due to start.
To book into a class simply follow these steps in your portal:
- Select the 3 line at the top left of the screen once logged in
- Slected 'Classes'
- Select 'Book Make-Ups'
- The schedule will show with available class times for each week
