Kew Tennis Club has 4 synthetic grass courts with LED Lighting.
The courts can be hired by members and non-members when not in use for competition or coaching purposes.
BOOKINGS ARE NOT INSTANTANEOUS. It takes time for your booking to reach our equipment. Book at least 30 minutes ahead.
ALWAYS ENTER YOUR PIN AT THE GATE TO ACTIVATE YOUR BOOKING even if the gate is unlocked. Then the system records your arrival. Lights will go off or fail to turn on if the booking is not activated. If lights go off your first troubleshooting action is to re-enter your Pin.
Look for the green light and listen for 2 beeps which indicate your PIN had been accepted. Your PIN can be entered 15 minutes before the start of your booking and 15 minutes after the end of your booking.
PLEASE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO USE IT. Demand for courts is very high. No Shows create ill-feeling amongst users, many of whom make complaints to the club and also cost the club the loss of fees from willing users.
MEMBERS
Hire Fees
Members must be registered with Book a Court to enjoy Kew Tennis Club member rates.
Off peak court hire – Free
Peak court hire – $10 per hour (lights may be required)
Plus Visitors fee for member’s guests payable at time of play.
Booking Conditions
Advance booking period is 3 days
Maximum of 1 booking per day
Courts are booked in 30 minute blocks
Minimum duration 30 minutes
Maximum duration 2 hours
Members should check court availability online and make a book using Book a Court.
NON MEMBERS

Cancellations
Paid bookings cancelled 1 hour or more in advance receive an automatic refund.
Refunds due to weather events
As bookings can be made well in advance there is always the possibility that a rain event could result in only part or none of the booking being utilised. If you are unable to use your paid booking fully due to rain, contact bookings.kewtc@gmail.com within 24 hours stating the time play was abandoned. You will be offered an alternative booking for the unused time or a refund of the unused portion of the booking fee (excluding service charges).
