Gardens Tennis offers a variety of competitive options for players of all levels and all ages, from the social hitter to the serious competitor. Competitions are held weekly and run throughout the year. 

New players are always welcome to our teams competitions either as fill ins for existing teams or as part of a brand new team.

Mixed Doubles - Tuesdays from 7.00pm

Non-Members - $20/week or $180 Upfront
Members - $18/week or $150 Upfront
Gold Members - FREE

Tuesday Mixed Doubles is an Adult 4-a-side competition held weekly, teams generally consist of 2 Men and 2 Women.

Teams compete in 4x doubles matches, each match is first to 6 games with a tiebreak at 5-5.

Open Doubles - Thursdays from 7.00pm

Non-Members - $20/week or $180 Upfront
Members - $18/week or $150 Upfront

Thursday Men's Doubles is an Adult 4-a-side competition held weekly with teams consisting of 4 male players. 

Teams compete in 4x doubles matches, each match is first to 6 games with a tiebreak at 5-5.

Family Match Play - Fridays from 5.30 - 7.00pm

$10/week

Family Match Play eveings at Gardens Tennis are a great opportunity for Parents and their Kids to get out on court together and engage in fun and social competitive tennis with their peers. 

Match Play sessions are an important part of a tennis players development, allowing them to test the skills and tactics they learn during their training in an open competitive environment.

Match Play allows players to gain valuable experience on court playing the game of tennis against players of similar standard. 

There is more to tennis than coaching lessons and we encourage all players to get involved in some form of Match Play opportunity as early in their coaching journey as possible. 

All standards and ages are welcome. Matches are organised on the go, coaches will do their best to put players of similar standard on court together so that everyone has an enjoyable and challenging experience.

Junior Interclub League - Saturdays from 8.00am

$10/week

Played across 4 divisions and at all venues around Darwin and Palmerston, the Junior Interclub League is a great way for Junior players to test themselves against their peers and represent their club in a competitive environment.

Teams are made up of 4 players and matches are played throughout the school term with rounds played every Saturday.
