School Holiday Period Arrangements
Previously it has been the practice for the Club to shut during school holidays.
However, due to the current border restrictions and the number of people remaining in Darwin the following activities and opening hours will occur as of Monday 6th July 2020.
Please note that during the whole of the School Holiday period GTC can still be accessed through the Book a Court system Here , including when the Pro-Shop is closed. If you have problems accessing the Book-a-Court system or aren’t seeing Member prices ($3 day time and $15 from 6:30pm per court) then email info@gardenstennis.com.au
School Holiday Camp
Ages 5 – 17 years
Weekdays from Monday 6th to Friday 17th July
8am – 11am – Aimed at Beginners, Red, Orange and Green Ball Players.

$35 per day or $30 for 4 or more days – further 10% discount for GTC Members
Social Tennis
Just turn up and you will be partnered up for play
6.45pm for 7.00pm start – 3 sets

Term 3 – New Season Commencing week of 20th July 2020
Start getting your team together for what should shape up to be a fantastic term of tennis. Social Comp- Tuesday – Mixed Doubles and Thursday – Men’s Comp. If you would like assistance to be placed in a team please email your details to info@gardenstennis.com.au .
Wednesdays – Turn up at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start for a come one, come all social tennis night where you will be partnered up for play. Looking forward to those resurfaced courts!
Court Resurfacing
Court repairs have now been confirmed to take place commencing 3 August for a 3-week period during which, there will be no access to the Gardens Tennis facility.
Term 3 activities will start at GTC from the 20th July and arrangements are being negotiated for all activities to be continued at an alternative venue during the repair period, of which members will be advised.
UTR Doubles Tournament – 22nd and 23rd August
Gardens Tennis will be holding our first tournament of the year, a Doubles only Tournament over the weekend of 22nd and 23rd August. Line up a partner and register or email info@gardenstennis.com.au if you need assistance finding a partner. We would also like to see all our juniors participating in what will be a great event. More information to come shortly.
Normal GTC hours will recommence as of Monday 20th July 2020:

Thursday 3.30pm to 10.30pm
Friday 3.30pm to 8pm
Saturday 8.00am to 11.00am
