Centre Manager/Operator

The Committee of Gardens Tennis Club (GTC) is seeking the services of a suitably credentialed tennis coach/administrator with experience in club management to operate a tennis business at its facility in Darwin. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, aspirational person to run a sustainable and profitable tennis business.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
•Provision of coaching programs
•Management of competitions
•Establishment of junior development pathways aligned with Territory directions
•Managing and maintaining the GTC complex

GTC is located in the heart of Darwin in a prime sporting and tourist precinct that is within walking distance of the city CBD. The facility has 12 lit hardcourts, a hitting wall, storage shed and clubhouse with a bar, office, kitchen and viewing verandah. There is a large shaded paved and gardened area that provides an attractive social gathering venue. The club is adjacent to the Mindil Beach Casino and in 2019 had around 700 clients on a weekly basis.
