If your child is unable to play one week, it is imperative that you let Pip know as far in advance as possible, so she can juggle the groups of players. A no show is when you do not contact Pip via text message in advance and let her know that your child is not coming. A no show is also if you are more than 5 mins late ie arriving later than 3.35pm. If you are running late, then please let Pip know.
