Cardio Tennis at Bribie Tennis Academy is a high-energy, 60-minute group session that combines tennis drills, footwork, and music in a non-stop, heart-pumping workout—no matter your skill level or ability. Whether you’re brand new to tennis, getting back into exercise, or already an experienced player, Cardio Tennis helps you move your body, build confidence, and enjoy being active.
Led by our friendly, accredited coaches, each session blends movement, basic technique, and fun games to keep your mind and body engaged. No pressure. No scoring. Just great tunes, great company, and a great workout.
