Boroondara Sports Awards 2020 winners

Nicole Livingstone, Olympic champion and AFL Head of Women’s Football, presented the 2020 awards by video after the planned awards presentation was moved online due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Balwyn Park Tennis Club won "Collaborative Club of the Year" along with Deepdene Tennis Club, North Balwyn Tennis Club and Canterbury Tennis Club. This category nominated clubs that have delivered a program, event or project where a significant effort has been made to partner with the local community, Council, organisations or other clubs for the benefit of the club and local community.

Balwyn Park Tennis CLub also came as finalists for "Innovative Club of the Year". This category nominated clubs that have delivered a program, event or project which primarily focusses on providing a new/different experience for members or new/different ways of attracting new participants.
