VISITOR/GUEST POLICY and GENERAL BEHAVIOUR

As a member, you have access to the courts according to your membership category. Family, Adult (Senior), Junior, and Student members may access the Club's facilities any day of the week, while Midweek members may only play on weekdays.

Wheelers Hill Tennis Club is a private club available for the use of club members and fee-paying members of the public. Club members are welcome to invite visitors and guests to the complex. The following rules apply:

• Visitors/Guests must be accompanied by a Club member, who is responsible for the visitor’s general conduct and payment of fees if playing on a court.

• Visitor/Guest fees are $2.50 per visitor per court per half-hour.

• Occasionally, members of the committee are rostered on to conduct random checks to ensure that courts are being used in accordance with club policy. The committee person conducting the spot check will identify himself/herself and will provide you with his/her name for your reference. The committee person will cross-check the names of players on court with the court-booking schedule. All non-registered players will be asked to exit the court and leave the premises.

• At all times it is required that players and club attendees behave in a courteous and respectful manner toward all others using the Club’s facilities. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
