General Membership
How do I join the club?
If you wish to join our Club under a Senior, Midweek or Family package simply select the appropriate membership package on our Membership page, complete the details, and pay the subscription fee. It's easy and quick.
If you wish to join under a Junior or Student package, please contact our Membership Officer at [email protected] . If you have any questions about membership please simply send an email to the same address.
When does my membership start and end?
Memberships run for 12 months from the date of joining.
Can I upgrade or change my membership during the year?
Yes, contact the club membership officer by email to arrange an upgrade and pay the difference.
Court Bookings
How do I book a court?
Bookings are made online via ClubSpark using your member login.
Can I book a court as a non-member?
Yes, non-members can book for a fee, subject to availability. If you are a non-member simply go to the Book-a-Court page, register your email address, and select your desired playing time.
Is there a limit on how many times I can book?
Members can book up to 4 sessions per week and up to 14 days in advance.
How do I cancel my booking?
Log into ClubSpark, go to ‘My Bookings’, and click cancel. Refunds for paid bookings subject to our cancellation policy.

I’ve forgotten my password — what should I do?
Use the ‘Forgot password’ link on the ClubSpark login page to reset it.
Do I need a ClubSpark account to book courts?
Yes, members and non-members both need a free ClubSpark account.
Why can’t I log in?
Check you’re using the correct email and that your membership is active. If you still have issues, contact the club.
Events, Coaching & Competitions
How do I sign up for coaching sessions?
Coaching programs are listed on the Lessons page. Contact LEEP Academy via email or simply telephone.
Do you run social tennis events?
Yes, see our events calendar on ClubSpark or the club noticeboard.
Can non-members join coaching?
Yes, non-members can attend coaching sessions.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely through ClubSpark using debit/credit card.
Do I get a refund if I cancel my membership?
Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If I cancel a court booking, will I get a refund?
Yes, if cancelled before the cut-off time stated in our cancellation policy.
Club Facilities
Do you have floodlights?
Yes — no additional floodlight fees are charged.
Are there changing rooms and toilets?
Yes, facilities are available if the clubhouse is open. If clubhouse is not attended then unfortunately our facilities are inaccessible.
Can I bring a guest to play?
Yes, guest fees apply. Please register your guest in ClubSpark when booking.
