All members and non-members wishing to play social tennis at WHTC are required to book a court via this page.

1. If you wish to play today select a court and start time in the booking sheet below. For a future play date click on the calendar icon and select a date.

2. If not already signed in, you will now be asked to sign in using your Club Spark registered email address OR to register by signing up with an email address and contact number.

3. Select the play duration (max 2 hours), add participants, indicate if they are members or guests, accept the Terms & Conditions and confirm your booking. If applicable, make your payment by credit card.

4 When your booking is confirmed you will receive a pin code which is used to activate your booking at the club access gate upon arrival.

5. If you have booked a court after sunset then the court lights will automatically activate at the start of your booking period. The court lights will automatically turn off a little while after the end of your booking period.

6. If for any reason you are unable to use a booked court – or the weather is inclement - PLEASE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING. Go back into the website, click on your booking, and cancel. You may cancel a booking up to 1 hour prior to your booked slot. Your payment will be automatically refunded if you cancel within the allowable cancellation period.

7. If other players have booked the court for the subsequent period you MUST exit the court immediately after the end of your booked period.
