Membership of the Wheelers Hill Tennis Club (WHTC) entitles members to use the courts and club facilities. Access to the premises is provided via a gate-key that can be purchased at a one time cost of $30 (when the key is returned in working order, $15 will be reimbursed). The fee structure includes a component for the payment of insurance of the member.
Membership runs from 1st January until 31st December. Pro rata rates for new members joining during the calendar year are available. Renewal notices are sent out in January with payment required by end of February. Access to the courts will be automatically revoked if payment is not received in time.
By becoming a member of WHTC you agree to abide by the Constitution, Visitor/Guest Policy, By-Laws, and all general rules of the Club.

To become a member please select the appropriate membership below and ensure you meet the eligibility criteria. Press the join now button and follow the instructions provided to purchase your membership. Please note you will be required to register an account with us.
A court key can be purchased alongisde your membership. To purchase a court key please add one to your basket in the add-ons section of the checkout process. After your payment has been processed your court key will be sent to you. Please note, there is a maximum of one court key for all membership categories. Moreover, court keys are not supplied to members aged 15 and younger.
Fees are to be paid online by credit/debit card. All card details are processed securely by online payment gateway Stripe. WHTC and Tennis Australia do not have access to your credit card details.

Provides access to the courts on social and competitive tournaments, court hire and club events. Eligible to purchase one access key fob per family for access to the courts and clubhouse.

Individual midweek membership is great for the regular tennis player providing access to competitions, court hire and club events during weekdays only. Midweek members are eligible to purchase an access key fob for access to courts and clubhouse.

Eligibility: Under the age of 24 years and a full time student currently enrolled in an educational institution such as Secondary College, University, TAFE etc.
