• Confirmation of minutes from the 2024 Annual General Meeting                     moved by Jennifer Angus and   Lucas Langlois seconded.
• Adoption of the 2024 Reports
  • President – Verbal
  • Secretary – Verbal
  • Treasurer – as per tabled report.

• Jennifer Angus moved that we adopt of the Financial Statements year ending 31 December 2024 Lucas Langlois seconded. Passed.
• Lucas then declared all positions vacant
• Election of the Committee and Office Bearers
  • President: Lucas Langlois nominated by Fred Lay seconded by Marion Sellwood – elected.
  • Vice President: Fred Lay nominated by Jennifer Angus seconded by Lucas Langlois – elected.
  • Secretary: Marion Sellwood nominated by Fred Lay seconded by Terry Spurrier – elected.
  • Treasurer: Jennifer Angus nominated by Lucas Langlois seconded by Fred Lay – elected.
  • Committee Member: Scott Thorpe nominated by Fred Lay and seconded by Lucas Langlois – elected.
  • Committee Member: Paul Worthington nominated by Jennifer Angus and seconded by Lucas Langlois – elected.
