The Club offers exceptionally well-maintained courts and supplies quality balls for the Club’s social sessions replaced at the completion of two sessions. Our ball manager follows a regimented process ensuring our players have no excuses! Redundant balls are donated to fledgling clubs, some are sold, some given to local schools etc and some to Sally.

Sally Platt-Hepworth organised the Shoeboxes initiative some years ago which is supported by the Rotary Club of Noosa and Bendigo Bank. Together with local school children who decorate used shoeboxes and fill them with items such as stationary, books, a little gift and a tennis ball, these shoeboxes are then distributed to the Papua/New Guinea, East Timor and Solomon Rotary areas. Sally says “I believe the tennis balls are almost the biggest hit of the contents of the boxes”.
