Further Easing of Covid-19 Restrictions - Update 2 November 2021

The following information is based on advice from Tennis Victoria and their interpretation of the current State Government directions in relation to Covid-19 restrictions.

In general, the following principles apply to any person attending Tally Ho Tennis Club:

  • All venue attendees must check in using the Service Victoria QR code.
  • Everyone is encouraged to practice the COVID safe principles.
  • Density limits - indoors at one person per 4 sqm, or outdoors at one person per 2 sqm up to 500 people.
  • Face masks are mandatory in the club rooms only for ages 12+ (unless a medical exemption applies)
  • Spectators are permitted subject to groups of no more than 30 (multiple groups must be spaced out).
  • Where relevant, shared equipment must be cleaned between users.

Any person involved as a player or spectator in Competition, Coaching, Training or Social Play, does not need to be fully vaccinated or confirm vaccination status if they remain outside the clubhouse.

For entry into the clubhouse for the consumption of food and/or beverage, or social functions, people will need to be fully vaccinated and may have their check-in status verified. In this case the maximum number of people in the Tally Ho clubhouse will be 30.

Note that there is no restriction for people using the toilets.

Remember if you aren't feeling well, please get tested.
