Coach Services
Club coach Craig Haslam runs coaching and competitions for all ages and standards, whether players are looking to improve their game and have fun with friends or whether they are striving for excellence. These programs are run at St. Mary’s Tennis Club, St. Mary’s Primary School, St. Thomas the Apostle, Greenhills Primary, Apollo Primary and Greensborough Primary School.
Craig was voted winner of the Tennis Coaches Association of Victoria, 2013 Club Coach of the Year.
He was a finalist in the prestigious national Newcombe Medal Awards – Australian tennis’ version of the Brownlow Medal in both the Club Coach of the Year and Hot Shots Coach of the year categories.
Craig was a finalist in the Club Coach of the Year and Hot Shots Coach of the Year categories. Craig was also runner-up at the 2013, 2015 and 2019 Tennis Victoria Awards in the Coaching Excellence – Club or Centre category.
Craig’s coaching philosophy is to:
