Dear Members,

We are pleased to announce that in line with third step easing of restrictions, the tennis club courts are available for limited use to members commencing Wednesday, 28th of October 2020.


Outdoor non-contact sport: allowed for adults and people 18 and under

- Limited to minimum number of people to play and facilitate the activity (e.g. cricket may be played with two teams of eleven players and the necessary coaching personnel and umpires)

- Non-contact means participants must be able to maintain distance of 1.5m


Members need to be responsible and understand that any failure to comply with current restrictions and guidelines puts other members and the community at risk.

General Rules and Guidelines when attending the Tennis Club

  • A maximum total of 12 players on the tennis club grounds, with 4 players per court.
  • No members, visitors or spectators to be waiting courtside, pavilion or clubhouse. We suggest players waiting to play, to remain outside in their vehicles.
  • For tracing purposes, all members and guests attending the club/courts must SMS Secretary, Jack Krohn (Mobile: 0433 124 473) and provide the following information: Date & Start/Finish Time and Names of all attendees
  • There is to be minimum use of club house facilities.
  • Apply appropriate hygiene and sanitisation practices whilst at the tennis club courts.
  • For members participating in Weekend morning social tennis, please contact your weekend convenor to make a booking beforehand.

An updated club COVID-safe plan will be prepared and communicated later this week in accordance with state government guidelines.
