PlayTennis, with owner Rhys McDougall at the helm, is the Club’s coaching team.  

The NPTC Club Coach is Neil Hay who is an experienced coach having worked both in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Neil is a Tennis Australia accredited Junior Development Coach. Neil is also a qualified social trainer and his focus is on high levels of participation.

His energy and patience ensures that tennis is accessible for a wide range of students.

For adult players, Neil brings technical knowledge and a range of strategies having played tournaments and pennants. He has an interest in developing the overall game and the competitive spirit. We hope to have continued interest from members in getting coaching, from improving your game as a pennant player or even as a relative newcomer to fast track your development. Group coaching or one on one are on offer. 

Neil can arrange restringing of racquets through Play Tennis.
