The club  has 6 porous courts with four under lights. The clubhouse was fully  refurbished in 2020. It has a disabled access entry ramp and a Unisex DDA toilet as well as male and female change rooms and toilets.  The clubhouse has a well appointed kitchen and lounge area with flexible table and chair arrangements. The clubhouse is accessible from 7 am to 12 pm and available for hire.  Applications can be made via secretary.nbhtc@gmail.com

Courts are available to play on from 7 am to 11 pm  weekdays and 7am – 10 pm weekends provided they are not pre-allocated for competition, coaching or social play.  The courts are maintained in excellent condition by a specialist contractor.

To play under lights there is a charge of $10/h. Payment by EFTPOS is preferred: North Box Hill Tennis Club, BSB: 013 148, Acc  Number:  293613272.  Please enter name and date. Cash payments can be made in the envelopes found below the light switches  in the kitchen.  Completed envelopes can be posted into the safe next to the the kitchen door.

If members become aware of any damage to the facilties they can write them on the maintenance register on the clubhouse notice board, report them to info@nbhtc.org.au or to a committee member.
