North Box Hill Tennis Club

The NBHTC Club is pleased to announce it will be holding a club championship tournament in April 2025. There will be three categories:  Men’s and Women’s singles and Open doubles for pairs of any gender
Eligibility 
•    All entrants must be full paid up club members (i.e. not a competition only members) as of 1st March 2025
•    They must be available to play in the period of Sunday 6 to Wednesday 16 April (preliminary rounds) and on Sunday afternoon 28 April (finals). 
•    Categories will be capped at 16 entries and will be accepted in chronological order by emailing the club secretary (Mark Langdon) secretary.nbhtc@gmail.com 
•    Entries must include category (M, F, OD); name(s); current playing grade. Only one entry per doubles pairing is required
Format
•    Players will be entered into a draw determined by the organising committee based on current grading. Winners progress to the next round
•    The draw will be emailed to all participants and displayed on the club noticeboard
•    Scheduling will be at the discretion of the organising committee
•    Matches to be best of three sets with 7 point ties breaker at 6 all to decide first two sets. if match reaches one set all, then winner is decided by a 10 point tie break (first to 10 with 2 point advantage)
