We’ve sent out a Welcome Email (subject: “Welcome to NBTC, [Your Name]”). Please check your inbox and your spam folder just in case!

Follow the instructions in the email to activate your Hello Club account.

Once logged in, here’s where to go:

Membership Page – Check your membership status and renew

Account Page – Pay your membership fees and download invoices/receipts

Profile Page – Update your personal and contact information

 

❓Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why do I need to set up an account?

A: Hello Club helps the club streamline membership management and gives you control over your membership and contact details. We are also migrating our current booking system to Hello Club in April, and having an account will allow you to make casual court bookings in the future.

 

Q: I can’t find the Welcome Email. Can you resend it?

A: Yes, please email us at enquiries@northbalwyntc.org.au, and we’ll be happy to resend it.

 

Q: How much is the renewal for 2025/26?

A: The membership portal automatically calculates your renewal fee based on your membership type. The official membership fee schedule (as set by the AGM each year) is published here: πŸ‘‰ NBTC Membership Fees

 

Q: There are transaction fees on credit card payments. Can I pay by bank transfer?

A: Yes! You can pay by bank transfer with no transaction fees.

Select “Pay Later” after renewing your membership. EFT details are also included on your invoice (available on the Account Page).

πŸ“ Don’t forget to include your full name and mobile number in the payment reference.

 

Q: My membership category doesn’t look right. How do I correct it?

A: Please email membership@northbalwyntc.org.au and let us know. We’ll help you update your category.

 

Q: Why did I receive multiple Welcome Emails?

A: If your email address was used for multiple members (e.g. junior dependents or other family members) during the application process, you’ll receive a Welcome Email on their behalf.

You can either:

• Follow the instructions to add their profile to your account, or

• Forward the email to them so they can sign up for their own account.

If you need help updating their membership record, contact us at membership@northbalwyntc.org.au.

 

Q: I’d like to upgrade to a Family membership bundle. What do I do?

A: We’d love to welcome more of your family to the club!

Please fill out the application form and then send it to membership@northbalwyntc.org.au and mention that you’re switching to a family membership bundle.

 

Q: I am currently in a Family membership bundle. Can I switch to an individual membership?

A: Absolutely! Just write to membership@northbalwyntc.org.au and we’ll help with the transition.

 

Q: I do not want to renew my membership. What should I do?

A: Please email membership@northbalwyntc.org.au to let us know.

Then, return your access card by placing it in an envelope and dropping it into the club mailbox near the entrance gate.
