Member Portal
Starting from 21st April 2025, North Balwyn Tennis Club is transitioning to Hello Club as our new member portal. This platform will manage both membership and court bookings, providing a streamlined and user-friendly experience.
BOOKING COURTS
- Access to the booking system is for members only.
- Bookings are not essential but are advised. If a court is booked, the booking takes priority.
- Members are not to make court bookings for anyone other than themselves.
- All player names must be added to a booking
- Maximum of 2 bookings per week in peak times (Mon-Fri: 4pm-10:30pm, Sat-Sun: all day). This does not restrict you from joining organised Competitions and Social play.
- Do not make bookings for individual practice or the use of a ball machine during peak times
- Please cancel your booking if you cannot make it for any reason (e.g. weather).
- If you have not occupied the court within 15 minutes of the start of your booking time, the booking will be considered forfeited, and other members will be free to use the court.
