Membership is not a requirement to play at NHTC. Payment is by credit/debit card only. 

When a booking is made in a member's name, the member must play in that booked time.

A public booking must be cancelled 1 hour before to receive a refund.

NHTC is not lit so bookings should be made for daylight play.

If play is not possible due to an immediate weather event, please contact NHTC at newcastlehilltennisclub@gmail.com and specify the date and time to discuss a refund.

Anyone playing at the facility must agree to NHTC Terms & Conditions.
