NHTC Terms of Play and Conditions

• Members and casual hirers must book a court online prior to using the facility.
• Court hire by members of the public must be cancelled no later than 1 hour before the booked time to receive a refund. If rain prevents play, a refund will be considered if an email is sent to NHTC with a request and details.
• Court hire by members must be cancelled if the member cannot play.  The member must play in the booked slot. Members enjoy free court hire up to 2 hours in any slot.
• Tennis shoes must be worn when playing.  Raquets and balls are not provided by NHTC.
• Members and casual players are requested to respect the Committee directions regarding play and to conduct themselves in a civil manner at all times.
• Members may bring a guest. This offer should not be abused by members-if that guest plays regularly with the member, they would no longer be regarded as a guest and should become a member or book and pay for the hire. If more than 1 guest plays, one of the guests should make the booking  and pay hourly fees for the booking.
• Dogs and other domestic animals are not allowed anywhere on the facility of NHTC.
• Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised by an adult. If that adult is also playing, they should become a member, otherwise they should make the booking and pay casual court hire fees.  
• Padlocks must be closed on exiting the facility.
• NHTC manages the facility for participation in a recreational activity.  By accepting these Terms of Play, you are aware that participation in social tennis at NHTC has some inherit risks and injury may occur. On rare occasions these injuries can be serious. In consideration of being permitted to play on the courts managed by NHTC, you agree to assune the risk of all injury. You also acknowledge that the purpose of the recreational activity is for the benefit of yourself and those people attending with you.  At all times, you are responsible for your own actions and the actions of those people in your care and control.
• NHTC Inc. is obliged and committed to protecting the privacy of its members.  It takes reasonable steps to comply with all relevant legislation. Personal information is for the use of NHTC nmanagement only and will not be shared with other parties. Your information can be updated by you online.
